Game night with the squad
Extra time, full table, nobody reaching for the side salad. One large pie per argument about the referee.
Blistered crusts, sauce with attitude and cheese pulls that stop traffic. This is not quiet pizza. This is Bamboo Hut.
You order when the moment needs to show up at one hundred percent. Keep scrolling, every scene has a slice in it.
Extra time, full table, nobody reaching for the side salad. One large pie per argument about the referee.
One more match, then one more slice. In that order, every single time, until the lobby finally sleeps.
The sequel starts in five minutes and nobody is cooking. The oven has already read the group chat.
Halfway there and fully hungry. Hot boxes travel well, back seats approve, the playlist gets louder.
Chapter nine, brain at two percent. Pizza counts as study material and nobody can prove otherwise.
You left everything on the field. Now put some of it back, with extra cheese and zero small talk.
Do not touch anything. Just keep scrolling down and the whole menu slides past you sideways.
Keep scrollingDouble pepperoni that cups and crisps at the edges over low moisture mozzarella.
Crushed tomato, creamy fior di latte and fresh basil straight out of the oven.
Jalapenos, fresh red chillies and spicy chicken under a chilli oil drizzle.
Smoky BBQ base, charred chicken, red onion and a coriander finish.
Pepperoni, Italian sausage, seasoned beef and smoked chicken over double cheese.
Bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, olives and sweetcorn over our tomato base.
Buffalo tossed chicken with a cool ranch drizzle and spring onion.
Smoked chicken and golden pineapple on a cheesy tomato base. Yes, pineapple.
Five things we refuse to compromise on, no matter how busy the Friday night rush gets.
Our dough ferments for a full 48 hours. That is where the airy, leopard spotted crust and the deep flavor come from.
A roaring stone oven at 450°C cooks every pizza in about 90 seconds. Crisp edges, molten middle, smoky kiss.
Sauce is crushed and seasoned every morning, cheese is grated in house and veggies are chopped to order. Nothing sits around.
Average delivery lands in 30 minutes inside our zone, in vented boxes that keep the crust crisp instead of soggy.
In a rush? The counter runs slices of the day's lineup all day long, boxed in under a minute with no pre order needed. Riot fuel, pocket format.
Six things go into every Bamboo Hut pizza. That is the whole list, and every single one of them shows up fresh, every single morning.
The short version: nothing frozen, nothing pre made, nothing that sat in a bag all week. If it would not go on our own table, it does not go on your pizza.
Flour, water, sea salt and yeast, mixed fresh daily and cold fermented for a full 48 hours. That slow rise builds the airy bubbles, gentle tang and leopard spotted crust.
In every pieTomatoes crushed and seasoned in house every morning with oregano, garlic and a pinch of salt. Bright, rich and never sweetened into ketchup territory.
Made every morningCreamy fior di latte, grated and blended in house for the perfect melt. It is the reason every slice leaves the oven with a cheese pull worth filming.
In every pieDouble loaded on the Pepperoni Riot. The edges cup up in the 450°C heat and crisp into little flavour bowls, exactly the way pepperoni is supposed to behave.
On the classicsBasil goes on straight out of the oven so it stays bright, and the peppers, mushrooms, onions and olives for the Garden Riot are chopped to order, never before.
Chopped to orderA drizzle of olive oil before the box closes, and our house chilli oil on the spicy lineup. The last thing you taste is the thing we season most carefully.
The finishing touchBamboo Hut began in a tiny kitchen with a single stone oven and one rule: if a slice does not make you stop mid bite, it does not leave the kitchen. We spent a year arguing about dough hydration so you never have to.
Today the riot has grown, but the rule has not. Every pizza is stretched to order, sauced by hand and fired at 450°C until the crust blisters and the cheese bubbles. Loud box, louder flavor.
Ninety seconds in the stone oven. Blistered edges, molten middle, a smoky kiss on the crust.
Every pie is stretched, sauced and topped to order the second your ticket prints. Nothing pre made, nothing waiting around.
Into a vented box and straight out the door, so the crust lands crisp and the cheese pull survives the trip.
From craving to first bite in about half an hour.
Choose from the lineup or stack extra toppings on any pie. Add it to the cart and check out in under a minute.

Inside our delivery zone, most orders arrive in 25 to 35 minutes. Every pizza leaves the oven and goes straight into a vented box, so it lands hot with the crust still crisp.
Every pizza on the menu comes in two sizes: a 10 inch personal and a 14 inch large for sharing. Prices shown on the menu are for the 14 inch large.
Yes. We mix a fresh batch every day and let it cold ferment for a full 48 hours before it is stretched. That slow rise is what gives the crust its airy bubbles, gentle tang and leopard spotted char.
Honestly spicy. Jalapenos, fresh red chillies, spicy chicken and a chilli oil finish put it at a solid three flames. Your taste buds will know. Keep a cold drink close.
Plenty. The Garden Riot and the Margherita are fully vegetarian, and any pizza on the menu can be built without meat toppings. Just tell us in the order notes at checkout.
